“ We have been sleeping on this! It's a small shop in the corner near the gas station. We ordered via DoorDash for pick up. The process was easy and smooth. The food was delicious! I got number 31! “ The only place in South Bay to enjoy Taiwanese steak which is different than traditional steak house. The difference is that they have black pepper or mushroom sauce on top of steak. Taiwanese steak are more soft and juicy than American steak. Other differences are they will put noodles and egg next to steak which different with American one that only have meat along on the plate. They offer garlic bread , salad and soup when you order teppan meat. Price is about $25 to $40 degrees depending the meat. I also recommend their pork chops lunch box ($20) come with white rice, 2 side dish and soup. Their Taiwanese chow mein are also delicious. Only con is waiting time because only one waiter. ”
“ Very good plsce for a Taiwanese style breakfast, brunch, etc. Very friendly service. Food is good, not quite like in Taiwan; but cannot compare with street food in TW or China. Good value for the money. Sign board listing Signature Ssndwiches, Beverages, Premium Rice Rolls, Pastries, Buns, Side Dishes is super clear and well written, in both Traditional Chinese and English. Definitely a good place for locals to take out or eat in. Lots of tables, open space. Bathrooms clean. ”
“ Taiwanese breakfast is few and far so it's an adventure finding a good one. Four Sea offers just that, and you can consider my itch for Taiwanese breakfast scratched. Fan tuan, you tiao, soy milk, egg pancakes are just a few of the staples I almost always need. And yes, add eggs to all of it. Radish cake? Add egg. Fan tuan? Add egg. Just. Eggs. Anyway, everything was a glorious oily mess, especially the you tiao, the oil drips down your fingers. So if your belly is weak and unable to handle oil, you should step back and let us handle the food. But regardless, I loved the food here and I immediately food coma'd after, but hey, that's Taiwanese breakfast for you! They sell mantou and other food too which undoubtedly is good as well, but I'll have to get back to you on that next time I come here. ”
“ My mom and I tried this place because we were gifted a Fellow thermos mug that did a collaboration with this restaurant. It's a cute white thermos mug and if you buy the mug this year, you get free sweet or salty soymilk every time you bring the mug in for the 2024 year. No limit per person! It's $35 per mug, which I think is such a steal because the regular mug itself is around the same price already. I hear it's a different mug every year. Soymilk is good! I've tried the sticky rice with pork, mushroom and egg and love it! It's $6 at the Arcadia location or $5.85 at this location. It's extremely good! It's soft, moist, tasty. I appreciated that because we dined in, they peeled the tea leaves off for us! We also tried their egg crepe with pork floss. It's decent. The egg is seasoned very well. We also tried their onion pancake with egg. This was a lot more greasy than preferred and not as much onions. Also not flaky either which is a disappointment. Pros: -thermos mug deal for free soymilk for the rest of the year -food is decent with cheap prices -service is fast and nice -self serve water -self serve disposable chopsticks and napkins -there ARE restrooms. -parking lot is in a plaza Cons: -none of their staff speak a word of English at all so be prepared! The language barrier is real but they're extremely nice. Tip: You order and pay first. You grab a number and pick a table. They'll bring it to you. Also!! Name is not labeled Four Seas but in their language instead so may be hard to find. ”
“ If I lived in San Gabriel I'd be here every day getting their homemade soymilk in my tumbler and eating here every week. Man love this place. Even the non Asian in the family really thought his items were great and he's not that into Chinese food (BTW he ate the beef sandwich, green onion/scallion pancake with egg and unsweetened soymilk). I was there for the salty soymilk and the fried donut. Man so good. They speak English. You need to experience authentic Chinese breakfast here! Menu on the wall also in English! ”

The menu selection is impressive, and their soy milk is definitely rich and fragrant. The pan-fried taro cake is on the dry side, and they're overcooked for my taste. The ordering workflow is efficient, if not impersonal. Brusk and semi-neglectful service is the norm in most Chinese restaurants, and perhaps that's an unfair generalization, but that's what you'll find at Four Sea. I mean, the staff is not mean or anything, but the customers could take it or leave it. Parking is limited in the small lot, and getting in and out takes some advanced driving skills. ”
